Eiko Matsufuji (松藤 映子, Matsufuji Eiko) is a supporting character in the Sound! Euphonium series. She is a student at Kitauji High School two years below Kumiko Oumae who is a clarinetist in the school's concert band.

Eiko has short maroon brown hair that is clipped to the right side with a yellow hairpin, and dark blue eyes.

- The name Eiko means "reflection" (映) (ei) and "child" (子) (ko).
- Eiko's surname 松藤 means "pine tree" (松) (matsu) and "wisteria" (藤) (fuji/tou).
