Kanade Hisaishi (久石 奏 Hisaishi Kanade) is a supporting character in the Sound! Euphonium series. She is a student at Kitauji High School one year below Kumiko Oumae who is a euphonist in the school's concert band.
Appearance[]
Kanade is a short, fair-skinned teenage girl with black hair that she wears in a bobbed haircut with straight bangs covering her forehead, while she decorates her hair with a small red ribbon on the left side. She has cherry-red eyes.
Personality[]
Kanade has a courteous personality and great communication skills, and gives off a good impression to everyone who sees her. However, she has a secret side to her always-polite demeanor. Kumiko Oumae describes her as a "hypocritical courtesy" or a girl who is "superficially polite but rude in intent".

- The name Kanade means "play music, complete" (奏).
- Kanade's surname Hisaishi means "long time" (久) (hisa) and "stone, volume measure" (石) (ishi).
