Manako Hirao (平尾 まなこ Hirao Manako) is a supporting character in the Sound! Euphonium series. She is a student at Kitauji High School two years below Kumiko Oumae who is a bassoonist in the school's concert band.

- Manako's surname Hirao means "even, peace" (平) (hira) and "tail, end" (尾) (o).
