Mion Saijou (西条 美音 Saijō Mion) is a character from the spin-off novel. She is the identical younger twin sister of Kanon Saijou and a first-year student who plays oboe in the Rikka High School concert band.

- Mion's surname Saijou means "west" (西) (sai) and "article" (条) (jou).
