Mirai Sezaki (瀬崎 未来 Sezaki Mirai) is a character from the spin-off novel. She is a third-year trombonist and the trombone section's leader of Rikka High School Concert Band.

- The name Mirai means "future" (未来).
- Mirai's surname Sezaki means "swift current, rapids" (瀬) (se) and "cape, peninsula" (崎) (saki/zaki).

- Her special interest in jogging.
- Her special skill is horse riding.
- She likes salmon and the sea.
- She dislikes red caviar (salmon roe) and mirrors.
- It is possible that Mirai is the girl who is seen talking with Azusa Sasaki in Episode 5 of Season 2.
