Sana Kasano (笠野 沙菜 Kasano Sana) is a supporting character in the Sound! Euphonium series. She was a student at Kitauji High School two years above Kumiko Oumae who played trumpet in the school's concert band.
Appearance[]
Sana is a teenage girl with upper-back length black hair that is tied into low pigtails with bangs swept to the left side and purple eyes.
She is usually seen with the rest of trumpet section members.
Personality[]
Sana seems to be a friendly and supportive girl whose interaction with Kaori Nakaseko implies that they are good friends.
Etymology[]
- The name Sana means "sand" (沙) (sa) and "vegetables, greens" (菜) (na).
- Sana's surname Kasano means "shade, bamboo hat" (笠) (kasa) and "field, wilderness" (野) (no).
