Suguru Takami (貴水 卓 Takami Suguru) is a side character of Sound! Euphonium: The Movie - Our Promise: A Brand New Day film. He is a new first-year at Kitauji High School who joins the band as a trumpeter in Kumiko Oumae's second year.
Personality[]
Suguru respects president Yuuko Yoshikawa immensely. Constantly talks about her to the contrabassist Motomu Tsukinaga in his class, but Motomu ignores him. Talented at handicrafts and wants to make a present for the president.
Etymology[]
- The name Suruga means "table" (卓).
- Suruga's surname Takami means "valuable" (貴) (taka) and "water" (水) (mi).
